HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Aesthetic medicine like mesotherapy, dermal filler, and botox needs to be shipped through express like FedEx, so we can not offer free shipping. The estimated shipping rate is as follows. 

  • Mesotherapy: The shipping cost is the same for 1-3 boxes because the carton size is the same, so you can order 2-3 boxes each time to save the shipping cost. Here is a list of shipping costs and estimated delivery time. 
  • Dermal Filler: The shipping cost is the same for 1-8 pieces because the carton size is the same.

Delivery Time 5-7 days, and the estimated shipping cost is $35 for the order weight from 0.1-1.5KG

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Do I need to pay the tax? 

Our shop does not collect the tax for your order. It may depend on local regulations and each country may have different revenue regulations. Please kindly check it with the local customs.
