Facial active anti-aging treatment:

Use a 33G or 34G sharp needle for injection by hands at a superficial dermal level, so that a clear dermal papule is visible after injection (the papule usually disappears naturally within 2 hours)

It is recommended that the papules should be spaced 5-10 mm apart and that the single injection dose should be approximately 0.01-0.02 ml. In areas with visible quiescent wrinkles or fine lines, areas with redness, and areas with poor skin elasticity, the spacing of the papules can be reduced or the injection of deep dermis can be increased to enhance the effect.

The recommended therapeutic dose is 8 mg, and the more detailed recommendations for dose allocation are shown in the figure below:

Do not use the product in the following situations: ① The expiration date of the product is exceeded; ②The color changes; ③The packaging is damaged;

This product is recommended to be used alone, and it is forbidden to mix with protein deactivating agents (such as solutions with too high pH, low pH or heavy metal ions).

When using, avoid injecting this product directly into the blood vessels, so as not to cause ecchymosis, bruises or ineffectiveness.

This product should not be directly implanted into inflamed or infected areas, such as sites of erythema, papules, cysts, pustules and other lesions.

This product is for one-time use only. Unused part of the product must be discarded immediately, and should not be sterilized again or used on other patients.

In order to prevent local infection, the aseptic surgical method must be strictly followed during implantation.

Before the injection treatment, a 30-40 minute surface anaesthetic of the skin is recommended for the treatment area to improve the comfort of the case. The effectiveness of the marketed clinical trial of this product: the product was used for facial dermal tissue filling to correct forehead dynamic wrinkles (glabellar lines, forehead lines and crow's feet), with a 15-day effective rate of 79.9%, 30-day effective rate of 80.4%, and 90-day effective rate of 83.5%.

Effect and time after injection: ① For 1-7 days, integrate with extracellular matrix, supplement bound water, and restore skin plumpness;

For 8-15 days, improve the extracellular environment, increase the collagen synthesized by fibroblasts, and improve skin wrinkles and fine lines;

For 15-30 days, improve the skin barrier function, reduce the chance of dermal inflammation, and gradually restore healthy ecology and normal thickness.

After 30 days, viability of cells is significantly enhanced after a cycle of collagen support, and the skin gradually becomes youthful and healthy.
